COVID Safety

CTST is COVID safe

At CTST, our priority is always the safety of our passengers, our drivers, and the wider community. Our COVID Safety Plan outlines the steps we have taken to protect the health and safety of all of us, ensuring ongoing access to community transport with minimal disruption, and providing reassurance that you can travel with us safely.

OUR COVID SAFETY PLAN

- All CTST drivers have completed COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Drivers wipe down all frequently touched points inside & outside the vehicle in between passengers
- Our vehicles are equipped with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including face masks
- Hand sanitiser is available on all vehicles and use is encouraged when boarding
- Our drivers do not drive if they are showing any COVID-19 symptoms (cold or flu-like symptoms)

SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE TRAVEL FOR EVERYONE

Our passengers have a key role to play when they travel with CTST, and we ask that you follow three simple steps to support everyone’s health and safety while travelling:

If you have been in a medium or high-risk area or you have cold or ‘flu symptoms (even mild) – please let us know immediately and we will discuss your travel arrangements with you – phone 1800 781 033

Follow the Department of Health’s guidelines regarding good hand and respiratory hygiene by:
- Staying home if you’re unwell
- Cleaning hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser
- Covering your nose and mouth with a tissue or bent elbow when coughing or sneezing
- Avoiding contact with anyone who has symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath
- Follow the direction of our drivers when travelling with us and treat our drivers and your fellow passengers with respect – we are all in this together
