What we do
CTST operates state-wide through regional district offices.
Each district has a Coordinator who accepts client requests for service, makes bookings, and coordinates both the vehicles and volunteer drivers to collect and transport clients in that district.
Each district has an allocation of vehicles and volunteer drivers.
Our door-to-door transport operations are delivered through a team of some 380 volunteer drivers, and delivered through a fleet of 78 vehicles.
CTSTs eligible clients use our transport service to attend social outings, visit family and friends or regular non medical appointments. Clients also use the service to attend non-emergency medical appointments including attending appointments with their local GP, or for specialised treatment.
Clients are collected from their homes, and returned at the completion of their appointment.
